抬腳式 - 瑜珈 Yoga

每次上瑜珈課我都會很害怕要作 抬腳式
先平躺在地上,把肚子收好,再利用肚子的力量將雙腿抬高,
與上半身呈約90度,膝蓋要打直。
我撐個10秒左右肚子和大腿,甚至全身就會開始發抖,然後膝蓋
就會彎下來。每次都是全班同學中第一個彎腿、放下腿的人,連
老師都會虧我一下,肚子實在太沒力了 XD
但是我看一些媽媽們第一次來上課,作這個動作非常架輕就熟,一
點也不費力,還停留超過一分鐘......0rz
因為我真的拿這個動作沒法度,所以我問過老師有沒有輔助動作可以回家練,
老師搖搖頭,說我只能一直作這個動作。可是我真的沒辦法呀....
請問真的沒有其他的辦法或動作來幫我練這個動作嗎?
