戒菸後該如何做才能讓體能變好? - 路跑 Road Running

各位跑將們大家晚上好(鞠躬
小弟手機排版 太亂的話先抱歉了><
最近小弟跟朋友約到體育場打球
打球之餘看到操場上慢跑的民眾 男女老少的
我就看到一位父親在幫自己的小孩測1600
不禁讓我想起國中小那段日子
當年在田徑隊時1600最好成績還能到5'32
而且還常常去跑台北舉辦的馬拉松相關活動
可是已有兩三年沒碰長跑了 加上有在抽煙
體力早已不如當初

即使如此 我還是滿腔熱血的拿著手機來跑跑看1600
沒想到居然要10來分鐘!!!
而且跑完後也氣喘如牛的....
在那天後我深深地想過戒菸這個問題
如今我已經兩個半快要三個月沒抽了
但體力似乎還是沒有比較好
不知道板上有沒有人可以指教一下我該怎麼做
才能回到當初那樣的體能
不求完全一樣 至少不要跑個四五千就一副要死不活的樣子就好
目前我是固定每個星期至少跑三天五千
每隔兩個禮拜加兩千
還請大家多多指教...
