同為板橋人,也同為不被傳統跑步觀念綁住的跑友
不要讓人家覺得板橋人只會出狂言什麼都做不到會被看笑話
我先簡介一下自己
個人PW八個多小時(某年安平馬),PB 3:49(第一屆高雄馬,大約七八年前了)
上一場馬拉松 2019東京馬拉松 5:49:04

本來打算一年內就練到SUB3,當初也是被一堆跑友嘲笑
練了半年之後就沒有人敢在笑了
去年本來打算跑2020東京馬破三,沒想到比賽取消光光
所以去年只有跑一場板橋半馬成績89:50 (就很輕鬆跑)

今年又胡亂練了一年
上星期板橋馬10K成績39:07(八成力跑)

反正你也是要跑台北馬,大家也都在板橋混
可以一起來練
我的E配大概就跑心率,轉換成速度大概都在5:00上下
我的間歇現在跑到長間歇,這星期2.5K*4 速度約在3:45上下

我想這樣要帶你破百應該是撮撮有餘了!
都是板橋人,不要讓人家看不起板橋人
我現在除了星期四會去政大練以外其餘都在板一跟河濱跑
速度跟我,距離你隨意我相信你一定可以破百
高雄Hoyo大,你就別去了那個等級我都跟不上了
教練費等你破了,你再隨意找個兒福機構捐出去就好了
