各位跑界高手大家好
小弟最後初馬成績4:49 弱爆XDDDDF
5分40秒/km 速 撐完半馬後就撐不住了
上坡真是太折磨了 加上溫濕度有點高
25-30k這裡左大腿肌肉開始抽痛 緊繃
跑跑走走 一些上坡都是用走的
30-35k 突然回血又恢復5:40速度左右
之後又跑跑走走 最終賣命撐完QQ
Q1:想問一下 腳底很酸痛 這有辦法訓練嗎
Q2:關於跑鞋 有聽說 亞瑟士和美津濃比較適合亞洲人腳型,Nike adidas較適合歐美人士,
大家有這樣認為嗎?我是寬楦低足弓 目前穿kayano(4e)26
