我也來分享一下課表好了...
MON PUMP + COMBAT 3首 + 飛輪 + 重訓 (pump跟飛輪間隔半小時,所以多上3首)
TUE PUMP + (飛輪 or STEP) + 重訓
WED 飛輪 + (重訓 or 休息)
THR 飛輪 + ATTACK + PUMP (重訓就免了...已經癱了,最後就練側腰+腹部)
FRI 飛輪 + 重訓
SAT PUMP + 重訓
SUN COMBAT + 重訓
因為健身房最近有調整課程,所以增加了一些進去
有氧上完大概都休息10~15min再開始重訓,倒是還應付得來
不過每天這樣操,體重體脂還是下不來....慘阿
