Table of Contents
運動一年以來調整了好多次課表
目前課表如下:
1.重訓 + combat
2.Pump + yoga
4.combat + balance
5.combat + yoga
6.combat + balance
7.皮拉提斯 + pump
這半年加入pump覺得對下盤和核心幫助好大
所以雖然combat打四天
但是膝蓋不會怪怪的
(我有特別再練腿就是了...)
