小弟上兩星期前5000m測是 20min 02s 當天狀況有點差
大概在跑到2000~2400時候開始呼吸跟不上腳步
我大多是兩吸兩吐 可是都差不多在這距離會亂掉
今天老師測12min跑的成績是
12min 3340m
也大概是在2000~2400呼吸會開始亂掉
自己的感覺
大小腿肌力是不會累 甚至可以加快速率
但是每次都卡在呼吸問題 使我呼吸跟腳步似乎到後面都會亂掉
平常我大概一星期練兩到三天
基本上都慢跑2000~3000m當熱身
大約這三天會挑1~2天做間歇
大部分都是1000*4 時間盡力跑就是 大概開到80%力量
之前有嘗試400*10 但是很快就掛了...跑大概第七輪 就已經沒啥力氣衝
所以現在幾乎不常練400m間歇
每次固定做完訓練 會再跑100*5衝刺
腿部訓練 大部分是左右單腳跳40階樓梯各5次 最後雙腳跳5次
就是這些訓練
我不知道該如何改善自己現在面臨問題 我發現到後面呼吸不過來是最大問題
