如題,
這個八月小弟有感身上的肥肉太多,
於是想要用慢跑來個健康的減重(都快八十了...囧)
跑了幾天還ok
每次都會跑三十分鐘(八圈用跑的,一圈用走的)總計3600m
想請問這樣持之以恆跑個一個月能得到什麼效果?
應該可以瘦個幾公斤吧?
還是要增加運動量會更好?
不會只有身強體壯這樣吧@@
