慢跑新手 中間走路休息行嗎? - 路跑 Road Running

本魯 177/69 體脂18~20%跑
因為體脂有點高 所以開始頻繁的有氧減脂之路
一個月前 開始一周慢跑四次 也有找教練重訓
5k大概要花32分鐘跑完 且中間有走一圈200m操場休息一下
(不然真的跑不動 我是腿會先酸 而不是先喘到跑不動
我覺得是我太胖了 肌肉負荷不了?)
想說可不可以拉長跑步距離和時間
目前跑最長的是6k 40分鐘 但中間包含是走兩次一圈200m休息
請問中間用走的對訓練效果到底好不好
可是不走的話會跑不動 大大有什麼建議方法嗎...
