新手如何半馬壓線破2請益 - 路跑 Road Running

今年2017年3月開始才參加路跑,
目前只有參加過兩場,第一場02hr49m,第二場02hr18m 下周日11/12會有第三場
練跑狀況:
目前每周三次,每次10.75K,周日有時候會晨跑LSD 15.05K-21.07K
若下周日有路跑,策略是這周日跑完晨跑LSD後,會休息6天,等周日的路跑,讓肌肉充分休息
練跑量:
2016年11月我的月跑量約40K-50K,從6月開始月跑量提升到100K,7月之後都維持在120-140K.
,若遇到天氣不穩定的下雨季節,月跑量會盡量控制在80以上的概念,
練跑地點:
大多都是在大學操場練跑,已知第一跑道為400m,第二為407.6m,第三圈為415m,第四圈為422.6m.
第五圈為430m,第六圈為437.7m,第七圈為445m,第八圈為452.8m,
目前我習慣跑第五跑道,計算幾個歷往常用的提供參考,
12圈*0.43K=05.16K
25圈*0.43K=10.75K
35圈*0.43K=15.05K
42圈*0.43K=18.06K
49圈*0.43K=21.07K
請問如何可以讓自己從2hr18m未來提升到可以在2hr(+10分鐘/-5分鐘)內呢?!
