我175cm體重本來73因為想減肥(中年都胖肚子)我搭配飲食控制熱量加上一週游泳五到六次兩星期衝一次浪運動量算很足夠我的體重也在兩個月內下滑了七公斤雖然我差不多每天游泳肚子也有消但還是捏起來有點小肥肉請問我如果一直持續的游(我都游蛙式和自由式)距離我想練出腹肌會不會要很久因為雖然��
