想登高山該如何靠跑步培養基礎訓練? - 路跑 Road Running

大家好,我在路跑版潛水很久了,第一次發文請見諒
我一直很喜歡跑步,慢跑習慣持續兩年了,幾乎天天跑
一個禮拜會休息一次
我喜歡跑步,每天上課在累,晚上也一定要跑步放鬆
我背後有個目標在支撐我...就是我想要去爬聖母峰><
我沒有要登頂,我選的路線也是最安全的EBC大本營路線
大概爬到五千公尺左右,就會下山
我是女生,還算年輕,蠻瘦小..我不知道該如何增強我的基礎訓練?
關於路跑方面
我可以連續慢慢跑一小時不用停下來休息,
速度大約是50分鐘8.5公里,通常跑完一小時後走路15分鐘
又可以再繼續跑2~3公里,通常一天會慢慢跑11公里
我平常運動也只有慢跑,沒有重訓什麼的
登過的最高山也只有台灣的玉山XD
我預計會先去爬非洲的吉力馬札羅山..之後看看結果在考慮
最後總結來說,我想請問
如果靠慢跑還可以怎麼訓練自己??加快跑步的速度??
或是間歇跑之類的???大家有什麼建議嗎??
