I am a fan of basketball,but like most other Taiwanese people,baseball is my favorite.
雖然我是個籃球迷,但正如同多數的台灣人一樣,棒球還是我的最愛
＊請問most的詞性
＊other的詞性
＊other不是指其它(兩或三的其中之一)嗎,放在這裡是甚麼意思
What I noticed about the All-Star weekend was that they didn't just play one game.
關於明星賽周末,我注意到了一件事,那就是他們並非只打一場比賽而已
＊甚麼是All-Star weekend明星賽周末,這是習慣用的片語嗎,在此weekend仍是時間複詞嗎
Instead,they had other competitions,such as a skills challenge with retired players as well as a three-point and a dunk contest.
他們還有其他的競賽項目,像是與退休球員一起進行技術挑戰賽
,以及三分球和灌籃大賽
＊such as 是片語,但片語是否也有詞性之分,請問是甚麼詞性

most other Taiwanese people這句是一個名詞片語
most 在這邊的詞性是形容詞
用來形容 other Taiwanese people
other在這邊的詞性是形容詞
修釋 Taiwanese people
有一種文法是形容詞+名詞=名詞
most (other Taiwanese people)
( )內是一個名詞 = 形容詞+名詞
(most other Taiwanese people)
( )內是一個名詞 = 形容詞+名詞
最後
整句變成一個名詞片語
other的意思
1. a. (兩者中)另一個的;其餘的
Her first-born is a doctor. Her other children are all in the army
2. pron. 其餘的人(或物)
Some boys are reading; others are listening to the radio.
我覺得她只是想表達
有兩種運動
一種是棒球
一種是籃球
有一群人喜歡籃球
但是有另一群人喜歡棒球
所以兩者關係
用other
All-Star weekend
All-Star 在這邊變成一個複合形容詞
複合形容詞事可以任意自己編
兩個名詞加一起可以變成形容詞
兩個動詞加一起可以變成形容詞
只要她加-它就變成形容詞
可以這麼說是習慣用法
這只是一種表達"明星賽周末"的方式

most can be determiner(限定詞),pronoun(代名詞),adverb(副詞)
other can be adjective(形容詞),pronoun
other另外, another more than two
such as =phrase ,there is not part of speech for phrase

other ( plural)I have 2 balls.One is red and the other (is) yellow.
.to compare two things. we use " the other"
