一直很想解決這個問題...到底怎麼樣才可以從根源解決各種疼痛的來源?
運動員的肌肉骨骼怎樣影響運動表現甚至造成疼痛?
“肌力”失衡需要矯正?
“關節”緊繃需要放鬆?
原來還有“神經控制”這件事情要解決?怎麼解決?
(當關節活動度夠,肌力也沒有差很多
,重點在於這條肌肉不會/不習慣/忘了怎麼用力)
我以前就一直在想這件事情,
一直到最近我才真的感覺我身上的這個問題是有可能可以被解決的。
上課1200, 完成網誌文章花了超過三個小時,給其他運動員參考:無價!
