看到榴槤兒的疑問,
我突然想到,
昨天上TIN的I/A,
阿TIN突發奇想把音樂速度調很慢,
平常應該有160(保守估計),
昨天大概只有130-140,噢我的天,
所有的動作一但要放慢速度,簡直是一個痛苦的折磨。
不是痛苦在太無聊,而是痛苦在跳慣了快節奏,
速度一慢,全身的都要去HOLD住,
每個動作都要做的很確實,
而且非常容易搶拍。
我還想,既然這麼慢,那動作做大一點吧,時間多咩。
哪知道RUN完三次,已經累到不行。
TIN在最後也說,
其實入門有氧比中級、中高級更累,更容易流汗,
因為必須要充分掌控和使用身體的每一塊肌肉,
拍數多的音樂有時沒辦法做完全,反而運動量沒那麼大。
所以,快=運動量大嘛?
那可不一定喔 ^^
