心跳老是維持在高檔是心肺能力太差嗎? - 路跑 Road Running

開始跑步約半年 70年次 168/58 算是瘦子
平常都是晚上跑 8~10K 配速大約6分半~7分 一週大約2~3次不等
有試著想要再加快速度 不過一加速身體就會開始喘 最後只能慢下來
最近買了心跳帶 (Scosche 手臂式的)配合手機 runtastic
想要觀察一下心率的狀況來調整練習內容
發現按照平常6分半的配速 跑10K 全程心跳都落在179~183左右
最高最喘的時候是到 196
如果以年齡來算最大心跳的話 我應該全程都在無氧區吧...(?)
跑完的時候會覺得有點累跟喘 但還可以忍受
後來練習時 試著跑慢一點 降到8分~9分速 心跳平均是在175
跑起來是不喘 但也沒辦法進一步加快 可是一但拉到7分速 心跳就上183左右了
身體也會開始覺得累跟喘
感覺好像是心肺能力比較弱 造成心跳一直在高檔區...
不知道我該用哪一種方式來練跑
1. 一樣以6分半~7分的速度練跑 8~10K 不管心跳 並試著加快配速
2. 不管配速 維持心率在175 or更低的心率 每次跑1小時~1.5小時
3. 其他建議?
