左膝的左下方疼痛(有附圖) 是ITBS還是跑者膝? - 路跑 Road Running

跑齡大概兩個月~
可是最近才有認真在計時和計算距離,以前都隨意跑
最近三次跑步~都是跑一個小時不停~時速12公里~兩分鐘跑400公尺
大概跑到30分鐘時~左膝的左下方凹進去的地方(從自己的角度)會有點痛
大概是圖片右手食指的地方

剛跑完~走路會有點痛~
過一兩天會好一點~是要按壓才會痛
但是跑步還是會痛
都要休息個三四天~才不會痛
其實過程都不是很痛~就是有點痛降~
所以都會撐完一個小時
大概爬了一下文~有可能是跑者膝或itbs
解決辦法是訓練股四頭肌
還是說突然跑得太遠~膝蓋負荷不了~
所以股四頭肌沒練起來~都先不要跑這麼遠??
麻煩各位大大解惑了~~
