小腿前側下1/3緊繃 - 路跑 Road Running

這個緊繃是在最近增加訓練強度、
開始立定跳遠才有的,
以前跑都沒有。
在跑步時比較常出現,
但平時也會有,
感覺也不是痛,
就是一直一陣又一陣的忽然緊繃,
(大概一次只有幾秒)
有懷疑過是不是夾脛症,
因為去年也有過,
(沒有診斷,自己判定)
可是當時只要用手用力壓患部就會痛,
(之後靠休息、修跑姿來改善)
但是這次壓是完全不會痛,
所以昨天跑去中壢聯新診所(復健科)看,
但是感覺沒有太大改善。
所以想問:
1.這可能是什麼問題?
2.在桃園市有沒有推薦哪個地方或是醫生能改善?
3.如何改善問題?
4.未來怎麼預防?
