有氧/無氧指的是運動時身體使用的能量來源以及產生能量的方法
在強度較低時,骨骼肌主要使用脂肪酸當作能量來源,此時是有氧運動
隨著強度慢慢增加,脂肪酸還是能量來源,但是會開始使用肌肉中的肝醣
使用肝醣可以直接產生ATP,同時產生乳酸,不需要氧氣,所以被稱為無氧
跑步可以是有氧,也可以是無氧,純粹取決於你跑的速度
但是心率170可以持續接近1小時是環法自行車選手的等級,所以我想你的手表有問題
至於如何區分有氧/無氧運動?
在看了非常多網路文章和教科書後,我現在把運動強度分成3個區間
隨著運動強度增加,一開始血中乳酸濃度不會增加(還有能力代謝所有乳酸) - Zone 1
超過一定強度(LT1)後,乳酸開始緩慢增加 - Zone 2
超過另一個強度後(LT2),乳酸快速增加 - Zone 3
LT1, LT2是Lactate Threshold 1&2, 第一第二乳酸閾值,見下圖

測定LT1和LT2需要去實驗室跑跑步機,但是有另一個更簡單的方法
在Zone 1,血中乳酸值正常,所以血液pH值正常,所以人不會喘
此時可以做講話測試,如果你可以正常對話,或是可以念10-20個字,你就還在Zone 1
至於Zone 2和Zone 3之間的區分沒有簡易方式
大致上LT2是你可以全力維持1小時的速度,類似騎車FTP的概念
我都是用這個方式去做有氧運動/LSD,LT1心跳大概在140-145之間,給你參考~
