小周天 - 冥想,靜坐 Meditation

剛剛練了一下,感覺滿好的跟大家分享
今早快六點起床,既然在五點到七點這樣了練功好時間起床,那就練吧
於是就照那篇小周天的文章在27度的房間開始靜坐,大約五十分鐘
儘管在冷氣房 :P 身體一下就暖起來,流了一些的汗珠
瞧,我可真是進步了,竟然可以坐這麼久,一個月之前只能坐個五分鐘不到
通常我早上靜坐,身體會比晚上較冷,丹田或命門也比較不會有熱熱的感覺
不過今天或許有特別注意呼吸,且用意念讓熱氣循著小周天的路線走(就是想像的方式啦)
也就是吸氣時想著熱氣從丹田向下繞往後走背部的督脈到頭頂
吐氣時就想著熱流從頭頂往下走到丹田
一開始意念的速度和呼吸的速度會不協調,就會讓呼吸有些不順
但坐了一會兒就會漸漸捉到平衡點
我覺得用這方試練,比較不無聊,可以坐比較久
而且還會流汗,有小小運動的效果
如果不開冷氣應該會流更多吧
另外,怎麼靜坐板都沒太多人PO文呢
讓我這半瓶不到的水在這響來響去,獨賺P幣
好啦,該去準備工作了
