姿勢 - 冥想,靜坐 Meditation

想請教各位...
我自己靜坐時,一開始坐姿是"L"型
單盤,在床上時就左小腿在上
在硬質坐面時就右小腿在上,因左腳踝可以調整的不感覺到壓迫感
股下沒有用坐墊
但常常坐久了後發現身體會自動前傾
成"ㄥ"型
意識到以後會調回來
但繼續坐的話又會變成前傾
這樣好嗎? 會不會有什麼影響?
