我知道這個問題大家都問了好多次但我還是想問除了用產品去瘦身大腿有沒有其他方法呢例如用飲食方面我是打算中午跟晚餐都不吃白飯只吃青菜這樣子行嗎我每天都是騎腳踏車上下班這會有幫助到嗎還有我睡前都會抬腳(但都沒有很久啦)那大約要做幾分鐘才有效果呢還是你有什麼方法確定有瘦身請不��
