如何突破 - 路跑 Road Running

請教各位前輩 如何可以提升慢跑的速度以及增加慢跑的距離?
目前大約每週跑1~2次 每次約3~4km左右 速度約400m/3min
經歷只有參加過幾次5km路跑...
這樣的速度與距離實在是不能跟各位前輩比較啦
覺得自己遇到了瓶頸
當跑了一定的距離後 有時是腳酸 有時是覺得胸口不適
有時卻又感覺蠻舒服的
而若提升速度 距離就跑不長
很希望可以有所突破 然後去參加10km 半馬甚至是全馬...
