請教我如何選鞋 - 路跑 Road Running

每週跑步天數:為了減肥而訂的 預計是4~5天
每次跑步距離or時間:約40~60分
跑步地點/地面:學校跑道或紅地磚
足弓、足內翻程度:扁平足(腳還滿寬的)
我自己看應該是屬於內旋不足(麻煩各位幫我確認一下@@")
