如題,小弟的訓練時間大約都在晚上6點~8點之間,晨跑大約一週2.3次每次約8~12k的輕
鬆跑。
上週末早上安排了一個9km的比賽,整體而言比賽跑得並不好,半馬的目標配速維持的有些
困難,心率也偏高,狀況比平常晚上練習還差,請問前輩都是如何在早上的比賽調整到最佳
狀態呢?
補充:半馬目標配速跑已經吃到12.8k,回顧過去一年早上的比賽都無法調整到最佳。
