小弟週跑3次,每次7-8K
週末則會去跑LSD,短則21K,最遠有到27K
目前已跑過國內多場21K賽事
速度雖然不快,都還算可以無痛跑完
然後
運氣不錯明年抽到了京都馬,算是我的初馬
今天在練習LSD的時候才驚覺
我每次只要跑超過20K以後,有8成的機率...
小腿會抽筋....只要一抽幾乎就是變步兵
離京都馬還有幾個月... 有沒有可以改善的方法..
不然我覺得我被回收是一定的了
