這個月開始實行減肥法早中餐都吃的少晚餐不吃只喝水或無糖綠本身有氣喘所以不慢跑快走40分鐘騎單車30分鐘踩空中腳踏車30分鐘為什麼體重就是卡著我158/80真的太重了有沒有什麼辦法可以2個月瘦10公斤呢?我明白自己新陳代謝差還是要去看減肥門診吃藥呢?(很不想吃藥減肥)*************請勿打廣告***********
