大家平常自己練LSD會吃補給嗎? - 路跑 Road Running

是這樣的:
小弟昨天下午試著跑首次的30k LSD
平均配速5:45壓在3小時內結束, 跑很慢所以不太會累
但是跑到29k後發覺身體有點冷, 好像失溫
後來趕緊回去吃東西, 吃完就恢復正常
應該是我只有補充水分, 熱量消耗太多
請問各位前輩們是否也碰過這樣的情形
自主練習時會需要補充熱量, 還是我太弱才要吃東西? 囧
看來以後練習長距離都要記得帶補給品
雖然我在體育場裡面練的話, 好像不能在場地裡吃東西 XD
另外除了能量膠之類的補給品
像巧克力&香蕉各位覺得適合嗎? 或是有甚麼推薦的?
