台北30k週末跑團揪人~~ - 路跑 Road Running

路跑版的強者眾好! 不好意思打擾一下~
我們是一個小小跑團30k,目前固定成員十數名
週末假日在大台北地區以30公里為目標練習LSD
竭誠歡迎可固定參加者的加入 (每月出現1次何嘗不是一種固定)
我是女生我不是壞人 歡迎男女老幼厝頂樓下安心參加一起練跑
一 集合時間: 週六或假日早上 夏令時間4AM~5AM 冬令時間6AM
二 預計結束時間: 起跑後約4小時 中午前結束
三 地點:路線不定以歡樂有趣或成員們想去的地方安排
通常都是A點集合跑一圈回原點 偶爾A點->B點公車/捷運/ubike回
A=中正紀念堂(台北人多的時候)or新月橋(新莊板橋人多的時候)
台北某處or捷運圓山站or劍南路口or雙溪火車站等(配合路線安排)

1. 蘭平千里雙溪櫻花馬路線短版30k (雙溪火車站寄物)
2. 跑步去爬石碇皇帝殿真心拉風30k (背簡易衣物公車回)
3. 河濱木柵清龍宮飲水機太好喝32k
4. 平菁街賞櫻勝地跑去看應該的22k (騎ubike回)
5. 雙北廟宇巡禮獻給愛拜拜的你30k (加上停留拜拜耗時約5小時)
6. 烏來老街情人步道瀑布在終點26k (背簡易衣物公車回)
7. 雙十就是10+10=20之特別企劃20k
8. WE DO RUN TPE 這就是跑台北27k
9. 2017第一天有跑有記得已過年29k

四 場地種類: 我個人喜歡平地街跑啦... 走歪走偏以後偶有山路
河濱比較難偷懶我總是抖抖的但是也可以約
五 內容: LSD邊跑邊講垃圾話大約每公里六分多的配速 中間有休息停錶
六 其他: 悠遊卡在手可搭公車捷運借ubike買便利商店大力推薦愛用
長跑途中請自己照顧自己 跑不完或有事可自由中途退場
七 參加方式: 站內信留LineID私訊約
