減重最有效的是飲食控制
運動在減重的角色是維持體重不復胖,避免肌肉在減重時也被減掉了。
每減 1 kg體重= 約7700大卡
慢跑雖然因為體重、速度、時間所耗的熱量不同
粗估你每跑一次約耗200大卡
200大卡*30天=6000大卡
實際上你減的1.5kg (11550大卡),只有一半是靠慢跑減下來的
幾個建議
1.健康的減重速度 2-4kg/月,超過的話可能會減到肌肉且對身體不好
2.把慢跑的時間加到至少20分鐘,若能大於30分鐘更好,不用跑到上氣不接下氣,
大概還能勉強說話的喘度就可以了。
3.再強調,減重要靠飲食,運動的目的是維持體重不復胖及維持身心健康
4.飲食的建議,每餐少吃半碗飯,少碰油炸或脂肪多的食物,醣類多少吃一些
不然身體拿蛋白質來當熱量來源對你不會比較好!

白天晚上跑熱量消耗差異不大,不過挑個舒服的時段跑,比較能維持這個運動習慣。
