每年到了這種大熱天 長跑的能力盡失最多就是跑到10公里 而且是用慢速度的6分半在跑
跟馬拉松世界的前輩討論他們說夏天適合跑間歇 維持基本的體力
他們很多人都跑800公尺5組
然後一個禮拜至少跑個5天
還強調最好是到操場去跑比較有訓練效果 來請問版上的各位 在夏天間歇是最好的選擇嗎
