右側腹痛的訓練方式 - 路跑 Road Running

之前病了兩個禮拜沒跑,這禮拜開始每次跑約1.5公里後右側腹就開始痛
雖然說只要深呼吸和放慢速度就可以解決
但是我想請問有沒有什麼訓練方式可以特別改善這種情況呢?
我看到有人說要練核心肌群,請問是哪些動作呢? 仰臥起坐會有幫助嗎?
