大腿抽筋解決方法? - 路跑 Road Running

最近自主練習全馬幾乎會遇到的問題
每次將近30-35K左右
雙腳大腿就會有抽筋疼痛的現象
位置在:
膝蓋正面往上20公分的大腿位置
左右兩腿都一樣,同樣的位置
補給沒有問題
水分充足沒有問題
我穿壓縮褲一樣會抽筋
請問該如果改善超過30K後大腿抽筋的問題?
穿小腿套有用嗎?
還是有什麼補給品可以避免抽筋?
