台北初半馬配速的疑問 - 路跑 Road Running

平常練10k 平均配速大約在7分30秒 平均心率區間是3.7~3.9
最遠跑過12k 但花了100分鐘= =全程沒停
目前是打算前15k 用7分50秒去跑 後6.1改成7分30秒 這樣總時間是2小時43分鐘
剛看了運動筆記的半馬,有提到前半程配速可以比10k速度再慢5~10分鐘
不過這樣感覺時間上好像蠻緊的.... 希望能指點一下XD 感謝!
