受傷或疲勞時如何持續維持體能狀況? - 路跑 Road Running

最近這禮拜可能跑量太多,導致左腳膝蓋部位有些痠痛!
想說休息個五天看看,看這種痠痛感能否消失
不過因為11月中有報名一場半馬賽事
請問各位跑友,在休息這段期間該如何維持訓練自己的體能狀況(心肺功能)
而又不會影響到原受傷或疲勞部位持續惡化
改游泳或是泳池健走可行嗎?
