我貢獻諸位最穩當的方法,我是主張不守竅的,只偶然也可以用。
自己去研究,偶然可以用,知時知量,就是「火候」問題,
最穩當的是守中宮,不會錯。中宮準確的部位,
就是心窩子之下,用八個指頭橫疊起來,在肚臍以上差不多四指的地方,
不是在肚皮表面,在這個部位的中間。守中宮修久了的人有一個效果很快會出來的,
就是飲食可以減少,甚至一天吃一餐都沒關係。
最近在看南先生的我說參同契上中下共三冊,
不夠用功目前還在看上冊,老了眼睛有點不行了
