半馬練習菜單問題 - 路跑 Road Running

雖然對板上很多大大而言非常簡單
但目前半馬卡在無法進入Sub2已經快一年了
最近一次比賽是新北市議長杯時間是 2H04 (GPS顯示約20.5K)
一年前的富邦是 2H06
5K 最佳成績是 24:35 (最近)
10K最佳成績是 52:30 左右 (半年前) , 其實最近有稍慢一點
目前練習一周約3-4次 , 總里程約 25-30K
會有一次的5K練 Pace 5 , 一次的 10K 以上
想請教各位大大 , 如何改變練習模式能讓成績有爆炸性的成長
想想這一年來的改變好像只有半馬跑完會全殘兩天變成隔天還可以打籃球...
但是速度好像都差不多....而且到17K左右都會覺得腳超酸..
