上禮拜六下午趁天氣還不錯去操場跑個10k
跑到一半,有個神奇的老人和我揮揮手並告訴我"後面的比你快,要加油囉"
我當然也知,後面的人正是這操場的強者,我跑10k每k約是4分25
他大約4~5圈就倒追我一圈~而且他還是練20k...
當然一下就被海放了,不過每跑一圈那老人都跟我拍手,給我打氣,還幫我算兩人
的每公里速度,一看就也是個路跑老將~
有人加油跑得挺開心的,跑完後就去找老人聊天,他似乎常來操場
對剛剛的強者很熟悉,他問我:
"你幾歲?"
"28"
"剛剛那個人30,你還有兩年的機會超越他"
"他太強了啦~不太可能"
"你知道我每天來,都看到他在跑步,一跑就是45圈起跳,寒流、下雨也是"
"他是用4分速跑,但最後6公里會更快,這操場上沒人能贏他!"
"他能那麼厲害的原因,就是他勤奮,是謂勤能補拙!"
聽完,我好震撼...原來秘訣是這麼簡單
我突然找不到任何偷懶的理由,
剛剛也從雨中跑回來了
