剛跑完10k兩個月後進階到25k會太免強嗎? - 路跑 Road Running

今天參加人生第一次路跑
跑了68分 (10k)...
由於平常有在跑步的習慣(一周大概跑15k)
這樣的運動量本以為冒然進階平常單日兩倍里程的10k會很痛苦
後來證實好像是自己多慮了(可能是路途充滿樂趣)
除了剛跑完膝蓋有點酸酸的感覺外並無其他不適症狀
重點是...我好像上癮了
剛回家洗完澡就立刻開電腦搜尋下場賽事...
由於住台南能報的當地賽事不多...又懶得到外縣市...
結果搜尋到最近的比賽...億載金城超馬...愣住...
要跑三小時!!!!對於剛接觸路跑比賽的自己來說好像是一項極艱鉅的挑戰...
算了一下3小時假如能跑完...以自己的均速大概會跑25k左右...
想請教前輩們
若兩個月的時間從10k=>25k 會不會對身體造成太大負擔呢?有點擔心膝蓋會爆掉...
