前十字韌帶撕裂, 如何練下坡 - 路跑 Road Running

大家好
最近開始在練山路, 結果發現自己的罩門是在下坡
因為之前膝蓋的前十字韌帶撕裂, 造成膝蓋的支撐能力比起普通人嚴重不足
(簡單來說, 像打籃球跳起來和人爭搶, 稍微激烈一點, 腳下來時膝蓋扭到機率80%)
有了這個陰影之後, 下坡時都會非常小心,一直煞車.
我上坡和平路都可以跑得不錯, 但是下坡就跟廢人一樣 (速度比起普通跑者差很多)
目前苦惱不知道該怎麼辦.
因為這樣的效率, 以我看來是完全沒辦法完成山路的
從google 得知, 可以訓練屁股的核心肌肉群 (Metronome)
然後目前也有練深蹲, 加強大腿的力量.
只是感覺作用還是不夠強大.
是否有相關經驗的鄉民可以提供建議~~~~~
若有相同或類似受傷過的鄉民, 是如何訓練這部分的?
有最佳的SOP 推薦?
我沒辦法下坡用很快速的速度在跑, 我"感覺" 我的膝蓋一定會扭傷
