慢跑也有一段時間了
一個禮拜至少跑個4~6天
每次差不多國小操場30圈左右
假日有時間的話跑比較多
可是我的小腹還是跟當初沒跑時一樣凸 = =
怎會這樣 難道慢跑都沒效嗎
小腹凸凸的每次坐下來都覺得很難受
到底怎樣才能把小腹消除呢?
