初馬練習 - 路跑 Road Running

各位跑馬先進們
在下跑過幾次半馬後,決意今年六月挑戰初馬
目前半馬成績差不多落於1h:50m間,平常工作日夜間練習受於時間限制
練習量都抓在1小時,假日的話會跑個長距離LSD
平日1小時約莫跑11km上下,差不多是抓5:30km/hr的速度,自我感覺良好跑完挺舒服的
但初馬因為前景濛濛,也不知道身體狀況肌耐力能否負荷
私心希望初馬全程不抽筋不步兵,身體情況若允許的話 可以均速完賽
目前設定以06:00km/hr跑,看LSD練習情況或許退到06:15km/hr
想請教各位 以在下情況
往後平日的1小時練跑,要以平常的05:30速就好? 還是要先適應自己全馬的配速06:00?
