初馬前的焦慮 - 路跑 Road Running

小弟簡介:173cm/65kg/27Y
10K PB:48分
半馬PB:115分
平常運動只有跑步和爬山,雖然跑者防水但這幾週下雨都偷懶沒出門跑步QQ
大概這三個月每週至少跑一個12-20K的距離,時間都可以在5:30-5:45之間輕鬆跑。
但也因為熱愛爬山野營,所以假日若上山可能當週就偷懶沒有補跑量,順便附上給高手們
參考跟給予建議。
這三個月大概四座百岳+兩座中級山,都是重裝20公斤,平均一天都是10~20公里路程,
雖然不知道對跑步有沒有幫助,但跑步對爬山幫助很大是真的!
八月時和朋友一起抽籤想挑戰初馬,結果只有我中籤,目前只想要挑戰不被關門順利完賽
,但離時間越近心情越焦慮,這週末兩天跑了大概37公里,目前身體無不適。
想請問
跑步當天建議幾點使用早餐和類型?
跑步當天的配速需要注意什麼呢?
這週還適合再練跑嗎?
