動功練到後來很自然就會轉靜,那個時候在轉變成靜功就可以了。

以前有人問過我,氣究竟是什麼感覺,我說,有就是有,沒有就是沒有,不
會模擬兩可,靜坐要坐到有氣感蠻不容易的,體質虛弱比較容易有氣感,另
一種就是先天體質比較好的也容易有氣感。
