全馬練習請益 - 路跑 Road Running

27歲男性~175cm 68kg
目前的狀況大約如下
參加過一次半馬: 21km 1:57完賽
最近三個月練習狀況
每周跑2~3次, 其中周末一次為較長距離
周間:大約每次跑10~15km (看當天體力而定)
周末:
跑過三次劍中劍路線(約18.5km,有上下坡): 大約2小時~2小時15分
跑過一次平地26km: 2小時22分
跑過一次平地30km: 2小時57分 配速上均可維持在6分左右,不會有掉速的情形
目標明年三月九號的櫻花馬初馬完賽 (限時6小時30分)
準備目標是距離希望可以拉長到33~36km, 同時山路可以跑到風中劍
不知道有沒有甚麼地方還需要再加強的,第一次跑全馬有點緊張阿>"<
想聽聽版上眾強者的意見~
