內翻選鞋和校正問題 - 路跑 Road Running

近半年來才開始嘗試比較長距離的路跑,
穿的是Nike lunarglide +4,
沒有特別感受到什麼不舒服,
直到前陣子姊姊說從背後看我跑步時,
腳內翻的很明顯,
查了一下應該是指Underpronation (內旋不足),
足測時也說磨損外側嚴重,
另外是髂脛束很緊繃和膝蓋骨稍微外翻,
但我自己是沒特別感覺,
跑完半馬也只覺得左腳膝蓋彎曲時大腿痠痠的,
隔天也是照樣活動沒不舒服。
請問這種狀況下該選哪類的鞋呢?
跑姿不良該怎麼修正呢?
剛查了一下有人說lunarglide適合外翻的跑者,
但我並沒有特別不適,
雖然髂脛束很緊繃(壞掉了我?),
那該換鞋嗎?
如果要買交換穿的鞋又會推哪些或哪類的呢?
