僵直的小腿 - 有氧運動 Aerobics

話說上星期四中午上完一堂的階梯,
下午閒晃了一陣子,再上了晚上的階梯跟拉丁,
上課過程中感覺一切都相當好,
抖完了肉,心中感覺也相當的踏實。
可隔了一天到星期五,
不知怎麼的,整個小腿硬得跟石頭一樣,
感覺再多走兩步路就要抽筋了似的。
晚上好好的伸展拉了一下,才總算是睡得著。
連上三堂課不是沒試過,
腿這般僵硬倒是第一次,
正確使用肌肉而且伸展得當的情況下,
應該不會有這狀況發生才是,
為什麼會這樣,至今仍然深深的困擾我啊....
