作瑜珈不痠痛正常嗎? - 瑜珈 Yoga

上過一個月瑜珈課程,現在則每天在家自己練習,
當初每天去上瑜珈課,也都沒有痠痛問題,
想請問這樣正常嗎? 會不會是沒有練到??
(我倒是有個不勉強自己身體作的習慣,因此迄今也沒有拉傷問題。)
現在每天在家的練習狀況是:
熱身 => 拜日式2~3套 => 10~15種體位法(每個約持續五個深呼吸)
(期間作到比較累的體位法會攤屍休息幾個深呼吸,其餘則皆無間斷)
=> 最後大休息5~10分鐘
想請問大家這樣每天的練瑜珈方法有無需要改進的地方呢??
