這二個月,BC肌力那首,很少做到伏地挺身的動作。
這次BC37肌力多了伏地挺身...
上禮拜上了一堂BC37,做完伏地挺身,馬上就覺得右手手腕內側在痛...
休息一個禮拜,今天再去上了第二堂的BC37,原本覺得應該好了(因為平常不會感覺痛)
結果,一做馬上很痛,而且連一下都無法完成...Orz
請問,姿勢是哪裡不對呢? 像這種情況,有嚴重到需要看醫生嗎?
以前剛做伏地挺身的時候,也是會有手腕酸痛的感覺,通常做久就不會酸痛了
但是不曾像現在這次這樣,過了一個禮拜,痛到連動作都無法做...
而且,每次都是右手才會...
