我已經要減重了 想要在4個月之內減去10KG
我現在174/85 飲食做了非常大的改變 外加兩個小時的有氧運動
早餐 饅頭 開水
午餐 蒜泥白肉便當
晚餐 代餐條(或是水餃10顆 或是鍋貼5個) 開水
點心跟宵夜當然不吃
還要不要在加個減肥輔助藥物之類的 想要速度快點
